Gift voucher sizes

Choose the long DL format or one of three squares.

DL: slim and elegant, slips into a standard DL envelope or a greetings card.
105mm x 105mm: a small square that suits a coffee or cake voucher.
148mm x 148mm: a mid-sized square with room for a photo and a message.
210mm x 210mm: a large square for a spa day, a hotel stay or an experience.

Lamination: matt or soft touch

Lamination adds protection and changes the feel. Matt gives a calm, low-glare finish. Soft touch has a velvety surface that people notice the moment they pick it up, which suits a luxury spa or a jeweller. Lamination resists pen ink, so if you plan to write details on the voucher, leave it unlaminated and pick an uncoated or smooth white stock.

Numbering and security

This product prints your design only. Serial numbers and security features are not part of it, so most businesses write a reference number and expiry date by hand and keep a matching log at the till.

Quantities and price per voucher

Order 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 or 5000. A florist might start with 50 for Mother's Day, while a restaurant group might order thousands for Christmas. The price per voucher falls as quantity grows, and live prices are on this page.

Can I write on the vouchers?

Yes, on unlaminated stock. The 300gsm smooth white card and 350gsm recycled uncoated take pen well. Laminated vouchers resist ink, so avoid lamination if you will write on them.

Do you number gift vouchers?

No. Numbering and security features are not offered on this product. Many businesses write a reference number by hand and record it at the till.

What is soft touch lamination?
