Questions
Who can sign up for the community discount?
Registered charities, places of worship of any faith, schools, nurseries and PTAs, scouts, guides and youth groups, and community sports clubs.
Do we need a charity number?
No. Many places of worship, schools and clubs are not registered charities. If you have a number, add it and we keep it on your account.
How do we get the discount?
Sign in and order as normal. The discount comes off the item prices in your basket, and you can see it before you pay.
Can more than one person in our group use it?
The discount belongs to an account. Someone else ordering for the group can sign up with their own email and the same group details.
Does it work on business cards and invitations?
Yes, on every product in the shop: business cards, letterheads, envelopes, invitations, greeting cards, tickets and the rest.
Is delivery discounted too?
No. UK mainland delivery stays £7.95 per order, and it is free once your goods reach £100 after the discount.
